Turning an exhibition conversation into a clear request

A useful follow-up starts with the equipment you discussed and where it will be used or distributed. If you have a photograph, brochure or model name from the exhibition, include it in your message. That helps us identify the configuration instead of relying on a general product description.

For a clinic, describe the planned service and the information your clinical and technical teams need to assess the equipment. For an importer or distributor, include the destination market, documentation requirements and preferred support arrangement.

Information to include in your follow-up

• Your company name, country and role in the purchase.
• The model or technology discussed at the exhibition.
• Required applicators or accessories, if already identified.
• Questions about training, servicing or replacement parts.
• Any branding, language or packaging requirements for review.
